§1 Validity with regard to entrepreneurs and definitions

§4 Delivery

Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. We usually ship on the same day on weekdays, but at the latest on the next day. Thus, your order will be in your mailbox within 1-2 working days.

For shopping carts up to CHF 90, we charge a flat rate of CHF 5 per order. For orders over CHF 90, we offer free shipping.

§5 Retention of title

We reserve ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

Instructions on withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
